Japan CCS will exhibit at COP31 Japan Pavilion
The 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) will be held in Antalya, Turkey from November 9 (Mon) to November 20 (Fri), 2026.
During this period, the Ministry of the Environment (MOE) will set up the ‘Japan Pavilion’, a space for public relations to disseminate information about Japan’s superior technologies and initiatives under the theme of ‘Solutions to the World’. At the Japan Pavilion, there will be on-site exhibitions and virtual exhibitions (online) of technologies, products, services, etc. that will support the achievement of Japan’s long-term climate change mitigation goal of ‘net zero by 2050’, as well as global decarbonization and adaptation to climate change.
Japan CCS will exhibit both on-site in Antalya and online, and display information about the Tomakomai CCS Demonstration Project and the R&D and Demonstration of CO2 Ship Transportation Project.
